We have been providing physiotherapeutic care for patients at the Werdenberg care home since 1998.
In individual care sessions we help patients develop their motor, walking and other skills.
The transitional care group pursues a particular goal; these patients work towards becoming rehabilitated and reintegrated into the situation in the home.
We always work closely with the care home staff and doctors at the Grabs regional hospital to help each individual achieve their personal goals.
